Hung Curd Pudding with Different Flavours

Ingredients to make Hung Curd Pudding with Different Flavours

  • 12 tbsp hung curd (which we get from hanging curd in a muslin cloth in a strainer by putting a bowl under it in the fridge)
  • 3 tbsp khus khus syrup
  • 3 tbsp rose syrup
  • 2 tbsp orange glucose powder
  • 4 tbsp crushed fruit and nut muesli
  • 1/4 tsp chopped dry nuts for garnishing

How to make Hung Curd Pudding with Different Flavours

  1. Take three bowls and divide the hung curd into three parts. (4 tbsp of hung curd in each bowl)
  2. Add the khus syrup into the first bowl, mix it well so that no lumps remain. Then add the rose syrup into the second bowl and mix it well.
  3. In the same way, add in the orange glucose powder into the third bowl and mix well.
  4. To assemble, take three short glasses and start forming the layers. Take one glass, first put in the rose flavoured hung curd, then 1 tsp crushed muesli on top.
  5. Now place the khus flavoured hung curd on top of the first layer and top this again with 1 tsp of crushed muesli.
  6. Now put the orange flavoured hung curd on top of the second layer, once again put 1 tsp of crushed muesli on top of this as well.
  7. Sprinkle some chopped dry nuts on top and serve.

My Tip:

I have not added any extra sugar in this as all the syrups are already sweet.
