Chinese Bhel

Ingredients to make Chinese Bhel

  • 1 small packet of noodles
  • 1 small size onion
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1/2 cup boiled black chana (optional)
  • Few roasted masala peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon green chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot and sweet tomato chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make Chinese Bhel

  1. First break the noodles into small pieces and boil them.
  2. Now deep fry all the noodles, it should turn golden brown in colour.
  3. Cut the onion, tomato, spring onion into small pieces. (The green part of spring onion will be finely chopped)
  4. Take a wok, add in the fried noodles, onion, tomato, spring onion, boiled black chana, peanuts and all the sauces.
  5. Then add in the salt and pepper as per taste.
  6. Serve in a dish and enjoy this yummy chinese bhel.
My Tip: We can add sprouts also in this Chinese bhel.

u can use any noodles.. hakka or spaggeti noodles. fry them..
