Fruity Choco Spring Rolls

Ingredients to make Fruity Choco Spring Rolls

  • rice paper sheets 4
  • rice noodles 1 cup
  • coconut milk 200 millilitre
  • banana 2
  • Pear 1 big
  • Dark chocolate chips 2 tablespoon
  • Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  • Powdered sugar 2 tablespoon
  • Chocolate syrup 3 tablespoon

How to make Fruity Choco Spring Rolls

  1. Break rice noodles small and cook it in coconut milk till softened. Turn off gas and sieve them, preserve the milk that is left.
  2. Chop bananas round and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon powder on it.
  3. Peel and cut the pear in slices and sprinkle sugar over it.
  4. Now to assemble.
  5. Take a rice paper sheet. Pat it a little between a fold of a warm kitchen towel for 5 seconds. As it softens transfer on a work place.
  6. Make a small square on it with help of pear stripes. Put some rice noodles in centre. Keep Banana slices ( 4 to 5) on it followed by dark chocolate chips and grated coconut. Pour little coconut milk.
  7. Fold 1/3 of a sheet. Now fold from sides, press a little and make a tight roll.
  8. Transfer on a plate and spread chocolate sauce over it.
  9. Your sweet spring rolls are ready. Enjoy by dipping in Chocolate Syrup.

My Tip:

You can have different fruits like strawberry, pineapple, apple. You can choose different fruity syrups also.
