Ingredients to make Eggless Fatless Papaya Muffins

  • 2 cups- Maida ( I used half maida and half whole wheat flour)
  • 2 teaspoon- Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon - baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon- cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon- salt
  • 21/2 cups- Chopped papaya
  • 1 cup- sugar
  • 2 tablespoon- Flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoon- Choco Chips

How to make Eggless Fatless Papaya Muffins

  1. Sieve all the dry ingredients that is flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
  2. Puree the chopped papaya and mix with sugar till sugar dissolves.
  3. Soak flax seeds in water for 10 minutes.
  4. Mix choco chips with little flour and add half of them in papaya mixture along with flax seeds.
  5. Add flour mixture in batches and mix.
  6. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius and line muffin tray with paper.
  7. Fill mixture till 3/4th and add choco chips above it.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
