Ingredients to make Beetroot Raita/Chukander ka raita

  • Beetroot 1 boiled
  • Sendha salt /rock salt to taste
  • Chopped green chilli 2
  • curd 1/2 kg
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 2 tsp
  • Grated beetroot 1 tbsp for garnishing

  1. Grate the beetroot, Whip the curd in a large boil .
  2. Mix all ingredients together, cool and serve with poori. .

My Tip:

You can add pureed beetroot also.
