- 2 cups
- 1/2 cup plus little for greasing
- 3/4 cup powdered (you can adjust according to taste)

My Tip:Don't roast the besan on a high flame, do it on medium flame and keep stirring the mixture continously to get best results and even roasting. Dry fruit of choice can be added. Pure desi ghee is recommended for best taste.
