Spring Roll Dosa.

Ingredients to make Spring Roll Dosa.

  • Mixed veg - carrot,cabbage,beans,capsicum 4 cups cut into thin long stripes
  • Dosa batter one bowl (to make 4 dosas).
  • onion 1 big,sliced
  • Green chilli 1
  • ginger,garlic paste - 1tsp
  • Omelette 1 - cut into long pieces
  • chicken pieces -1/4 cup, cooked
  • Light Soy sauce- 1/4 tsp or a little less
  • chilli sauce - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper- 1 pinch
  • salt
  • Spring onion & celery- 2 to 3 tsp
  • tomato ketchu, 4 tbsp

How to make Spring Roll Dosa.

  1. Heat oil, put ginger garlic paste and fry well. Then add onion, stir for 1 or 2 minutes.
  2. Put vegetables, along with soy sauce, chilli sauce, pepper & salt. Cook till all vegetables are fully cooked.
  3. Add chicken & omelette, celery & spring onion.stir well for 3 -4 min. Remove.
  4. Adjust seasoning. Make a big dosa, don't make it too thin. When one side is done, flip it & transfer to a plate.
  5. Spread 1 tbsp of ketchup on the dosa and put enough filling, roll it well. Cut into 2 pieces.
  6. Serve

My Tip:

You can make veg or non-veg according to your preference. If making for tiffin, make thick dosas. If eating fresh, make thin dosas.
