Ingredients to make ALMOND PAULKOVA

  • PARRY sugar - 400 to 450 g
  • Milk 4.5liters ( try to use fresh milk)
  • almond 250 g
  • cashew nuts- 20 to 25 Nuts

How to make ALMOND PAULKOVA

  1. Grind the almond and Cashew nuts separately
  2. Pour the milk into a pan (Use 10 lit pan)
  3. Put 100g Almond and 5 Tsp Cashew nut paste
  4. Cook on medium flame till the milk thickens
  5. Keep stirring but make sure that it does not become too dry.
  6. Switch off the gas stove allow it to cool for 1 hour and mix the remaining Almond and Cashew nut powder.
  7. Now you can serve it. Really awesome taste. I served to my friends in my CUMI IC Hosur. Next word from their mouth wasWowwwwwwwww!!!...... Everyone started asking the recipe

My Tip:

Use Parry sugar because it give really delicious taste. Use Dried almonds
