Ingredients to make Puri

  • Aata 1 big bowl
  • water
  • salt 1 tbsp
  • Ajwain (1/2 tbsp)
  • Kasoori methi (1/2 tbsp)

How to make Puri

  1. Take aata and put salt, ajwain and kasori methi to it.
  2. Make a soft dough as you make for rotis.
  3. After half an hour, start making small puris after half an hour.
  4. Take refined oil in a kadhaai and put one puri when it is hot enough.
  5. Turn it to the other side and press it gently.
  6. You can make several puris in this way.
  7. Your yum Puris are ready to be serve with potato, pickle or simply with tea.

My Tip:

You can also add maida to it as it will make puris very soft
