Ingredients to make Instant Cheese Corn Paniyaram

  • 1 cup Rava
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 green chili chopped
  • 2 tbsp coariander leaves chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp sweet corn boiled
  • 1 cube cheese chopped in small pieces
  • 2 tbsp fine chopped carrot
  • 1 tsp Fruit salt
  • water for making batter

How to make Instant Cheese Corn Paniyaram

  1. in a bowl take rava and curd mix well
  2. add water and make batter. batter should be like idli batter
  3. add all remaining ingredients except fruit salt
  4. mix properly and keep aside for 5 minutes
  5. heat paniyaram chatti
  6. add fruit salt in batter and mix
  7. spread oil in paniyaram moulds
  8. pour spoonful of the batter 3/4 of the mould
  9. allow the batter to cook for 2-3 minutes on low or medium flame
  10. turn each paniyaram with the help of wooden skewer or spoon
  11. now allow the other side to get cooked and be crisp
  12. turn once oe twice for uniform cooking
  13. remove and serve with coconut chutney or sambhar
  14. these are also good as tiffin box snack
