    Ingredients to make cheesekachori

    • For dough -
    • 1 cup all purpose flour
    • 1 tsp oil
    • salt
    • water to knead a tight dough
    • For Filling -
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 1 tsp garlic paste
    • 1 small onion finely chopped
    • 1/2 cup grated cottage cheese
    • 2 cubes grated cheese
    • 1 tsp red chilly flakes
    • 1 tsp Oregano
    • 1 tsp black pepper powder
    • salt as per taste

    How to make cheesekachori

    1. Knead a tight dough by mixing flour oil and salt and keep it aside for half an hour
    2. Take oil in a pan
    3. Add onion and sauté for one minute
    4. Then add garlic paste
    5. As the aroma of garlic disappear add cottage cheese
    6. Switch the gas off
    7. As it cools down add cheese,chilly flakes,black pepper powder, oregano and salt. Mix well
    8. Take a small portion of the dough as we take for frying poori
    9. Roll a little
    10. Put 1 tbsp of filling in it
    11. seal it from all sides by pressing the sides firmly
    12. Keep the kachoris in the refrigerator for 10 min
    13. Take oil in heavy bottom pan and fry these kachoris on medium flame
    14. Serve

    My Tip:

    These kachoris taste better when it is eaten hot. The dough will make 6 to 7 kachori. If you want to make more, double quantity of the ingredients
