Ingredients to make Funnel Cake

  • maida 1 1/2 cups
  • eggs 2
  • milk 1cup
  • sugar 1/4 cup
  • salt a pinch
  • Baking powder 2 pinches.
  • powdered sugar & cinnamon powder for dusting on top.
  • oil for frying.

How to make Funnel Cake

  1. Mix maida,eggs,sugar, baking powder & enough milk to make a smooth thick batter.
  2. Take a funnel, or anything with a bigger hole than jalebi maker.
  3. Heat oil .Pour the mixture in the funnel & spread in hot oil. You can make it like a big jalebi or pour batter in small pieces. fry both sides. Take out and dust with sugar and cinnamon.

My Tip:

As we are dusting sugar on top,you can reduce the quantity of sugar in the batter.
