Kurkuri bindi

Ingredients to make Kurkuri bindi

  • ladies finger 500 gms
  • Besan flour 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • Salt
  • Chilly powder - 1tsp
  • Oil for frying

How to make Kurkuri bindi

  1. Wash and cut tHe ladies finger into julienned into four quarters.
  2. Add chilly powder and salt to it. Mix it and keep for 1 hour.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add besan flour and rice flour and coat the ladies finger .
  4. Take a spoon of ladies finger and deep fry in oil. Kurkuri bindi is ready
