Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sabudana - 1 cup
  2. Potato - boiled, 1 cup
  3. Onions - finely chopped 3 tbsp
  4. Green chillies - finely chopped - 2 tsp
  5. Ginger - finely chopped - 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Maida - 2 tbsp
  9. Rice flour - 1 tbsp
  10. Oil for deep frying / pan frying

Instructions

  1. Soak the sabudana in water for about 3 hours.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the potatoes, sabudana, ginger, green chillies, salt and red chilli powder.
  3. For the binding add maida and some rice flour.
  4. Make tikkis out of the mixture. You can either pan fry or deep fry them in oil and serve hot with a dip or tomato ketchup.
  5. For the dip, I mixed mayonnaise with chilli garlic sauce, green chilli sauce and about 1/2 a teaspoon of honey.
