Ingredients to make Spicy Matar Spring Roll

  • For covering -
  • 2 bowl all- purpose flour
  • 1/2 spoon ajwain
  • 1/4 spoon salt
  • 2 spoon oil for flour mixing
  • 250 gram oil for deep frying
  • For stuffing -
  • 250 gram matar boiled and crushed
  • 1 small spoon salt
  • 1/2 small spoon mango powder
  • 1 small spoon jeera
  • 1 small spoon chilli ginger paste
  • 2 big spoon tomato sauce

How to make Spicy Matar Spring Roll

  1. In all purpose flour add salt, ajwain and add oil for mixing and knead well and keep aside
  2. Heat oil add jeera, matar, and all masala. Fry for 5 mins and keep aside.
  3. Make roti with the dough prepared earlier. Cut roti into long stripes.
  4. Now cut the top of chilli and remove seeds
  5. Add masala into chilli and again cover with the cap
  6. Now cover with roti strips which we had cut and kept aside. Cover whole chilli with the stripes
  7. Now deep fry in hot oil
  8. Now serve with tomato sauce as shown in pic
