Ingredients to make Mixed Fruits Pachadi

  • Mixed chopped fruits 2 cups( pineapple, apple, banana and grapes )
  • Grated coconut 1 cup
  • green chillies 5
  • jeera 1/4 tsp
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • mustard powder 2 pinch
  • salt
  • turmeric
  • sugar 1tsp
  • mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Red chillies 3
  • curry leaves
  • oil

How to make Mixed Fruits Pachadi

  1. Take a pan,put pineapple & banana pieces 1st,as it takes sometime to cook.add some water, turmeric,salt & 2 chopped green chillies. Cook,for 5 min,or till almost done.Then add apple & grapes. Cook for 2,3 min. ( take sweet grapes.if big,u can cut it. )
  2. Grind,coconut,green chillies &; jeera. Add to the above curry,with sugar. Sprinkle some mustard powder . Let it boil for sometime,for 5 mi . Then add well beaten curd. Simmer for 2,3 min. When the curry is thick,remove. Adjust seasoning.
  3. In a small kadai,heat oil,put mustard seeds,red chillies & curry leaves. Then add to the curry. Stir well.

My Tip:

This pachadi was made only with pineapple before. Now people have started adding more fruits. Add sugar,according to your taste.
