Ingredients to make Plumpy Orang Rice And Banana Finger Chips

  • rice 1cup
  • Orange juice 2cups
  • Warm water 1/2cups
  • Chopped ginger and garlic 1tablespoon
  • Ripe banana 1
  • Flour and cornflour 1 tablespoon
  • sesame seeds 1tablespoon
  • butter 4tablespoon
  • oil for frying
  • salt to taste
  • honey 1tablespoon

How to make Plumpy Orang Rice And Banana Finger Chips

  1. Soak the rice for an hour. Then strain it with a strainer.
  2. Heat a pan, put butter in it, add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute it till golden brown. Then add soaked rice fry it for a while.
  3. Now add warm water to it. Leave it for few seconds and then add orange juice and salt. Cover it and make the gas simmer mode.
  4. After 15 minutes check it. Now time to add sugar. When sugar melted switched off the gas, leave it for some time.
  5. In-between cut the banana like fingers chips.
  6. Make a light batter of cornflour and flour. Dip the fingers and sprinkle some sesam seeds on it. Deep fry them. When it became light brown take it out.
  7. Now food is ready for plating.
