ABOUT Foxnut Almond Pudding RECIPE

Yummy pudding easy to make and delicious too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Foxnuts /makhana 1/2cup
  2. Almonds1/2cup
  3. Milk 4cups
  4. Cream 1cup
  5. Sugar 3/4cup
  6. Rose syrup 4tbsp for garnishing
  7. Chocolate cookie for garnishing
  8. Vanilla essence Few drops

Instructions

  1. Roast foxnuts and almonds in a pan for 3 mins on low flame
  2. Grind them to a coarse powder
  3. Boil milk in a vessel and let it reduce to half
  4. Then add foxnut mixture, sugar and cream to it and cook for few more minutes
  5. As it thickens turn off gas add vanilla essence
  6. Chill it and then garnish it and serve
