Ingredients to make Blackberry Rose Vegan Popsicles

  • coconut Cream - 1 can approximately 160ml
  • coconut milk - 1 cup
  • Fresh Blackberries- 300 grams
  • Agave Nectar- 3 tablespoons
  • rose oil or extract - 3-4 drops

How to make Blackberry Rose Vegan Popsicles

  1. Blend fresh Blackberries, agave nectar, milk and rose oil in a blender to form a smooth pulp
  2. Add coconut cream to a mixing bowl and beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the blackberry pulp to the coconut cream and fold in lightly.
  4. pour the mixture into popsicle moulds and freeze for at least 6-8 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Remove the popsicles from freezer 5 to 10 minutes before serving and place the mould into warm water to easily remove popsicles.
  6. Serve with fresh blackberries, rose petals and chocolate sauce (optional)
