Chocolate Mud Cake With Ganache

Ingredients to make Chocolate Mud Cake With Ganache

  • Dark chocolate 220gm
  • butter 270 gm
  • Dark cocoa powder 1/4 cup
  • sugar 2 cup
  • Hot water 1 1/2 cup
  • Whole eggs 2
  • Vanilla extract 1tsp
  • Refined flour 1 1/2 cup
  • baking soda pinch
  • Ganache 1/2 cup

How to make Chocolate Mud Cake With Ganache

  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees C. Grease cake tin with oil and line with parchment paper. Take a saucepan add in butter melt on low flame continuously stir with wooden spoon
  2. Now add in dark chocolate, cocoa powder, sugar (caster or fine) , hot water mix well together
  3. Keep aside till cooled
  4. When cooled mixture add in lightly beaten eggs & Vanilla extract mix well
  5. Sift refined flour & baking soda
  6. Add in mixture mix well
  7. Pour into greased cake tin & bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 150 degrees C
  8. Allow to cool for 30 minutes
  9. When cold, glaze with ganache
  10. Serve cold & enjoy the rich taste

You may eat the cake plain too
