Ingredients to make Avacado Date Smoothie

  • Avacado -ripe ones 10
  • dates 10 deseeded and chopped
  • honey 2 tsp
  • Cold Milk 100 ml (while grinding)
  • Cold Milk 200ml (while serving)
  • pomegranate 2 tbsp

How to make Avacado Date Smoothie

  1. Add avocado, dates, and milk and grind into a smooth paste
  2. Now take serving glasses
  3. Add 100 ml milk in each glass
  4. Now add pureed mix equally into the glasses
  5. Mix well till everything is combined together
  6. Now add 1tbsp of pomegranate and mix
  7. Serve chilled

My Tip:

Use chilled milk Don't add honey while grinding Mix well before you serve
