Ingredients to make Dry Fruit Chocolaty Balls

  • cashew powder (with 1 spoon sugar) 1 cup
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • pista powder 1 spoon
  • almond powder 1 spoon
  • Dried rose petals 1 spoon
  • Glucose syrup 2 spoons
  • White chocolate chips(for decoration)

How to make Dry Fruit Chocolaty Balls

  1. Add little water to sugar and boil, then add little milk to clear sugar syrup
  2. Add glucose syrup in the syrup and add dry fruit powders to the mixture
  3. Cook on low flame for 5 -6 minutes till the mixture becomes thick
  4. Now turn off the gas and cool the mixture
  5. Now add dried rose petals in the mixture
  6. Now give the shape of balls
  7. Cover the balls with white chocolate chips
