How to make Jello Custard Fruit Cake

  1. To make 1st bottom layer, Take Marie biscuits in a Ziplock bag and crush into a powder with the help of a rolling pin. Take it out in a bowl, add butter and mix it well.
  2. Now take a plate, set a greased cake ring and put the mix into it. Press the mixture with the backside of a glass or bowl to firm. Put it into the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile make the custard, for this, take the milk in a pan, add 6 tbsp of sugar in it and put it on the gas stove to boil.
  4. In a small bowl take 1 /4 cup of milk and the custard powder and mix it well to make a thick paste. When milk comes to a boil transfer this paste to milk by stirring continuously.
  5. Add cut fruits and dry fruits in it. Let it cool for a while, till that in a pan take water and add agar agar strands and boil it to dissolve completely.
  6. Transfer this agar agar mixture to the prepared custard. Now take out our Marie layered plate and pour the custard on it. Tap lightly and put in the fridge again for 15 minutes.
  7. To prepare the top layer, take the water and agar agar strands and sugar in a pan, let it boil to dissolve the sugar and agar agar. Add yellow colour and cool it for few seconds.
  8. Now take out the custard and biscuit layered cake and arrange the fruits on it in your way. Now pour the jelly water on it to cover the fruits on the top layer.
  9. Again refrigerate for 15 to 20 mins. After that take it out cut and serve.

My Tip:

Custard should be thick than the regular custard and sugar can be less or more according to your taste. Fruits can be of your choice.
