Paneer Tikka Masala

Ingredients to make Paneer Tikka Masala

  • curd 1cup
  • tomatoes 4
  • kaju paste 1/4 cup
  • paneer 1 cup (cubes)
  • capsicum (chopped) 1/2 cup
  • onions 2 (chopped)
  • chilli powder 1tsp
  • turmeric 1tsp
  • coriander powder 1tsp
  • Garam masala 1tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • lemon 1/2
  • salt to taste
  • oil

How to make Paneer Tikka Masala

  1. Take curd and mix all masala and add Paneer, Capsicum and onion in this mixture and let it sit for 30 minutes to marinate
  2. Take tomatoes and boil. Puree
  3. After 30 minutes take Tawa and sprinkle oil and fry paneer, onion, and capsicum
  4. Take oil in a wok and after it becomes hot, fry onion. Add tomato puree and cashews paste and fry for 2-3mins after that add chill powder, Turmeric powder garam masala salt, water and mix and let simmer it for 10 minutes
  5. After that add roasted paneer and leftover curd, water and cook for 4-5 mins. Add Kasuri methi. serve hot with paratha or roti.
