Ingredients to make Ginger Chai

  • 1/2 spoon sugar
  • 5 pepper grains
  • 10 grams ginger
  • 1 tsp tea leaves
  • milk or lemon juice as per taste

How to make Ginger Chai

  1. Keep the water to boil.
  2. Add less than half spoon tea leaves and sugar. Crush the pepper grain and put in water along with crushed ginger. Put in slow flame and let it boil.
  3. When the water looks dark and smells of ginger and spices, turn it off.
  4. serve

My Tip:

Sugar is optional. You can half apko lemon juice after the concoction is ready.
