Ingredients to make Kiwi Banana Smoothie

  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1tsp protein powder(optional)
  • 2cup low fat milk/ coconut milk
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • Chopped Kiwi pieces for garnishing

How to make Kiwi Banana Smoothie

  1. Peel Kiwi and banana and make small pieces
  2. Add chopped pieces into mixer along with milk honey, protein powder
  3. Blend it nicely and pour into serving glass
  4. Sprinkle chia seeds and garnish it with kiwi pieces
