- Basil leaves 15-20
- Ginger juice 1tsp per glass
- Water 3 glass
- Lemon juice optional
- Honey 1 tbsp per glass
Steps to make Basil tea../tulsi chai
- Crush basil leaves and take put yhem in serving glasses
- Pour hot water over basil leasves
- Keep aside for 10 mins
- Add ginger juice and honey in every glass
- Mix well and drink in morning with empty stomach..
- Can add some drops of lemon juice..
