Sprouts Spanich Idli

Ingredients to make Sprouts Spanich Idli

  • 1 Cup sprouted moong (whole green gram)
  • 1/2 Cup finely chopped spinach (palak)
  • 3 Green chilies (roughly chopped)
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Fruit salt
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (til)
  • 1/2 tsp asafoetida (hing)

How to make Sprouts Spanich Idli

  1. Combine the sprouted moong, spinach and green chilies and blend them in a mixer using a little water to form a smooth paste.
  2. Transfer the paste into a bowl. Add salt, besan along with water and mix them well to make a batter of pouring consistency.
  3. Pour the batter into the mould and cook them perfectly. Now remove the idlis from the mould and serve.
