Ingredients to make Moong Palak Kadhi with Bajra Roti

  • 1 bunch palak finely chopped
  • 1 bowl sour curd
  • 2 dry chilly
  • 1 tsp rai
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 spoon turmeric powder
  • salt
  • For Roti - 1 bowl bajra atta
  • salt
  • 1 bowl moong daal soaked for 4-5 hours and ground

How to make Moong Palak Kadhi with Bajra Roti

  1. Firstly take moong daal in bowl add palak, salt,tTurmeric powder, chilli powder and mix it nicely then with the help of Appam Patra made pakode.
  2. After that in the moong daal mix add curd, then take pan heat it and add rai, cumin when they splutter, add moong daal mix and cooked till thick, then add pakoras and cook for 5 min. Your Kadhi is ready.
  3. Then take bowl put bajra atta add salt and Knead it. Then with the help of rolling pin and board make roti and roast well on tawa.
