Rice flakes salad with crunchy sprouts and nuts

Ingredients to make Rice flakes salad with crunchy sprouts and nuts

  • 1/2 cup thick rice flakes
  • 1/2 cup sprouted green gram
  • 10 soaked badam
  • 5 dates
  • 4 tbsp grated fresh coconut
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar or powdered jaggery (optional)

How to make Rice flakes salad with crunchy sprouts and nuts

  1. Wash the rice flakes for 2 to 3 times and drain the water completely. Keep it rest for 10 minutes in the mixing bowl. Cut the badam and dates into small pieces.
  2. Then add the sprouted green grams to the soaked rice flakes and mix it well.
  3. Now add the badam, dates and grated coconut to the rice flakes and mix it well.
  4. Finally add the cane sugar and serve it. You can serve without adding cane sugar also.
