Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Gram flour 1/2 cup
  2. Icing sugar 1cup
  3. ghee 1/2 cup
  4. Milk 2tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a micro proof small dish.put gram flour & 1tbsp of ghee. Stir well. Micro for 1 min,on High.take it out & remove the flour into another bowl.
  2. Pour the rest of the ghee into the same micro dish & melt on High ,for 30 sec.take it out.
  3. Then add flour,milk & powdered sugar into the dish. Mix well. Cook for 1 min,on High.after that take out & stir.Again cook for 1 min,take out & stir. Again keep in micro for 1 more min, .total 3 min,needed. After that remove ,stir well &; pour the mixture into a greased tray. Give 1 hr to set. Cut into desired shape.
