CORN DALIA

Ingredients to make CORN DALIA

  • 1 cup corn dalia
  • 2 tablespoon peas shelled
  • 1 cup mix vegetables chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon rai
  • few curry leaves
  • salt according to taste
  • red chilli according to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

How to make CORN DALIA

  1. Wash and boil dalia in pressure cooker .off the gas after 2 whistle. Sieve and wash it and keep aside.
  2. Boil all chopped vegetables and peas.keep aside
  3. Again in pressure cooker heat oil and splutter rai and curry patta. Saute onion for 1 minute. Add vegetables and saute it for again 1 min.
  4. Now add salt , red chilli, turmeric pd.boil dalia and 1/2 cup water. After 2 whistle switch off the gas and release the steam itself.....serve hot

My Tip:

You can skip 1 point if you have time for soaking dalia.
