Ingredients to make Steamed peas tikki with low fat curd sauce...

  • Green peas - 1cup
  • Rosted ginger and garlic paste 1tspn
  • green chilly paste 1/2tspn
  • Jeers powder 1tspn
  • coriander powder 1tbspn
  • Cornstarch 1tbspn
  • Chatmasala 1tspn
  • salt to taste
  • sesame seeds 1tspn

How to make Steamed peas tikki with low fat curd sauce...

  1. Boil green peas for 15 minutes. Put them in cold water so that they don't get discolored.
  2. Make a paste of these in a blender.
  3. Mix all other ingredients to this paste and mix it properly.
  4. Make small tikkis and sprinkle sesame seeds on them and put them in a steamer for 20 minutes.
  5. Make a simple curd dip. I used red chilly powder, black pepper and salt.
  6. Take out the tikkis from steamer and serve hot.

My Tip:

You can use spices as ur choice.
