Recipe Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • oil
  • Jeera
  • Onions chopped
  • Tomatoes
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Green chillies
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Chilly powder
  • Coriander Powder
  • Garam Masala
  • kitchen king masala
  • Cheese
  • Coriander leaves

Recipe Preparation

  1. Take pan put some oil. Whisk eggs add onions, chillies and salt. And make omelette.
  2. Then put grated cheese and roll it and keep it aside.
  3. Take pan and put oil and add jeera in it.
  4. Then put onions and saute onions till gets golden brown.
  5. Then add ginger garlic paste and green chillies which are finely chopped.
  6. Saute and then add tomatoes puree.
  7. Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder, garam masala, kitchen king masala.
  8. And cook it properly till the oil gets seperated from the mixture .
  9. Later on this stage add little water.
  10. Then once gravy is cooked cut small pieces of that omelette role and put in the gravy gradually.
  11. Switch of the flame and serve it hot .
  12. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
