Ingredients to make Chia seeds Pineapple drink. ( strength and Health)

  • Chia seeds soaked in 150 ml water for 2 hrs.
  • pineapple Slices 3 / fresh 1/4 fruit.
  • lemon juice of half lemon / citric acid 1/4 tsp
  • sugar/ honey to taste ( 1 tsp ).
  • cinnamon powder a pinch

How to make Chia seeds Pineapple drink. ( strength and Health)

  1. Blend and take out juice of Pineapple with 50 ml water.
  2. Strain and add in Chia seeds water to make 250 ml. ( add water if needed.
  3. Add Sugar , lemon juice and Cardamom powder. Serve immediately.

My Tip:

If you are using fresh pineapple than juice will be thin in consistancy. Adjust water and sugar according to that. I used lemon as was using immediately. Using Pineapple Slices will give you thicker juice and may require less sugar and a little more lemon juice. You can vary fruit juices.
