Ingredients to make YELLOW SALAD

  • Yellow capsicum 1/2 cup
  • Orange deskinned and seeds removed 1/2 cup
  • peanuts.1/8 cup
  • pineapple 1/2 cup
  • Lettuce leaves 8
  • For dressing
  • mustard sauce 2 tbsp
  • honey 1 tbsp
  • rock salt 1/4 tsp

How to make YELLOW SALAD

  1. Mix the ingredients mentioned under "dressing" and keep aside.
  2. Mix rest of the ingredients which must be cut into bite size pieces. Then pour over the dressing and top with toasted peanuts.
