Ingredients to make BRILLIANT RED

  • Strawberry sliced 1 cup
  • Dried cranberries 12
  • Red capsicum, sliced 1/2 cup
  • pomegranate kernels 1/2 cup
  • Red apple 1/2 cup
  • Roasted cashewnuts 4 sliced
  • Pink salt. 1 tsp
  • Palm sugar 1/2 tsp
  • For dressing
  • Red wine vinegar 1tsp
  • 4 Figs soaked and blended like puree
  • few lettuce leaves (optional)

How to make BRILLIANT RED

  1. Mixed all ingredients and keep aside for few minutes while we make the dressing.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the dressing, and then pour it over the salad, top the salad with cashew nuts, serve.
