Hazelnut and Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients to make Hazelnut and Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Fudge

  • Breakfast sugar 250 gm
  • Liquid Glucose 90 ml
  • Amul cream 100 ml
  • Dark Chocolate (Chopped) 250 gm
  • Peanut Butter (creamy) 100 gm
  • Hazelnut (Crushed) 40 gm

How to make Hazelnut and Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Fudge

  1. Mix the sugar, glucose and amul cream together and cook till 121 Degree Celsius.
  2. While cooking, arrange a butter paper on a small tray. Then remove the mixture from heat and leave it aside for 3- 5 Minutes.
  3. Mix in the rest of the ingredients into the sugar mixture and stir well. Pour this mixture on the tray and leave it overnight.
  4. The next day, cut it into shapes as desired with the help of a knife or cookie cutter.
  5. Store it in an air tight container.
