ABOUT Eggless Muffins RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups flour
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 1/2 cup Caster sugar
  4. 1/2 Cup Butter
  5. 2 tsp baking powder
  6. 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Beat the sugar and butter in a bowl until it becomes smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add flour, baking powder, milk and vanilla essence, beat well to make a smooth batter.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tray
  4. Bake it for 20 mins at 160 degrees celsius.
  5. Enjoy fresh!
