Ingredients to make black carrot kanji

  • water 2 liter
  • mustard seeds 100 gm [coarsely ground]
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli POWDER 1 TBSP
  • black carrot 300 gm

How to make black carrot kanji

  1. wash and cut carrot into tiny pieces.
  2. Fill the water in a glass jar, add the carrot.
  3. add salt chilli powder, mustard ,mix well put the cap tightly
  4. keep under sunlight till 4 or 5 days. Now sieve it and is ready to be served.
