  • Banana - 1
  • Flax seeds pumpkin seeds cucumber seeds (I used the Mixed Roasted Seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Dried fig - 1
  • Walnuts - 1 tbsp
  • Pomegranate seeds - 1 bsp
  • Cinnamon powder - 1 pinch
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • Maple syrup - 2 tsp

  1. Throw everything together in a blender and whiz it to make a thick blend.
