Cheese Cigar

Ingredients to make Cheese Cigar

  • Mozzarella cheese block 250 gm
  • 4-5 milk or brown or white bread
  • 5-6 tbsp cornflour
  • water as needed
  • For seasoning: bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp chilly flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp italian herbs
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Cheese Cigar

  1. First cut mozzarella block into sticks.
  2. Dip these sticks into cornflour batter then coat with seasoning and breadcrumbs.
  3. Now dip these sticks again and coat again with bread crumbs.
  4. Now we have thick coating on sticks.
  5. This process makes sticks crunchy.
  6. Now keep these sticks on parchment paper and keep it in fridge for at least 20-30 minutes.
  7. Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry these sticks till golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with your favourite sauce or ketchup.
