Ingredients to make Reshmi Kabab Wraps

  • 1/2 kg of boneless or mince chicken
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp of roasted and crushed cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp crushed green chillies
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 3 tbsp coconut powder
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • French fries few + fresh cream for topping it up (optional)
  • 2 tbsp crushed almonds
  • 1 1/2 tsp roasted crushed coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • coriander leaves chopped

How to make Reshmi Kabab Wraps

  1. Mix all these ingredients with chicken mince.
  2. Let this sit in the fridge for about 4-5 hrs overnight so that the next day you will have some juicy meat.
  3. Either make kebabs on skewers or simply mould with your hands.
  4. Then grill them on stove or bake them at 180° for 20 mins.
  5. You can even deep fry them on medium flame.
  6. Once done, roll these into whole wheat rotis with a little ketchup.
  7. Serve them immediately with lettuce, tomatoes, carrots and french fries.
  8. French fries and cream are optional.
  9. Serve these yummy lipsmacking wraps to your loved ones and friends.
