Vintage Chocochip Cookies

Ingredients to make Vintage Chocochip Cookies

  • 100gms softened butter
  • 40gms brown sugar
  • 40gms granulated sugar
  • 1tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 egg
  • 125gms all purpose flour
  • 1/3tsp baking soda
  • 100gms chocochips

How to make Vintage Chocochip Cookies

  1. Set oven at 180C and preheat for 10-12 mins.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Take a big glass bowl, cream butter and sugar with the help of electronic hand beater.
  4. Add the vanilla essence and egg and beat.
  5. Add choco chips and stir well.
  6. Using a teaspoon, place small amounts of the mixture well apart on the baking trays.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-12 mins until the edges are light brown and still soft in the centre.
  8. Leave on the tray for a couple of minutes to firm up and then transfer to a cooling rack and cool completely.
