Bombay Tawa Pulao

Ingredients to make Bombay Tawa Pulao

  • Basmati rice boiled 2 cup
  • butter 100g
  • onion 1 no
  • Beans 10 nos
  • carrot 1 no
  • capsicum 1 no
  • ginger Garlic paste 2 tablespoon
  • green chilly 2 nos
  • turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  • Pav bhaji masala 2 tablespoon
  • salt as required
  • coriander leaves to garnish

How to make Bombay Tawa Pulao

  1. Be ready with the cooked basmati rice.
  2. Chop all vegetables.
  3. Keep a pan, put 50 gms of butter as it melts, saute onion.
  4. As onion turns brown, add ginger garlic paste and saute.
  5. Now add all veggies and then turmeric powder, put a lid over the pan for 5 mins.
  6. As vegetables are cooked then add Pav bhaji masala and then salt.
  7. Then add rice to the masala. Finally end with a lavish sprinkle of coriander leaves.

My Tip:

Use any vegetable of your choice.
