Spring Onion and Potato Paratha

Ingredients to make Spring Onion and Potato Paratha

  • potatoes - 300 gms (boiled)
  • spring onion - 100 gms
  • Green chilli - 1 finely chopped
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Amchoor - 1 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Ajwain - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1 tbsp

How to make Spring Onion and Potato Paratha

  1. Boil and mash the potatoes and chop the spring onions finely.
  2. Mix both in a big bowl and add all spices and salt.
  3. Knead the dough just like chapati dough with ajwain, salt and oil.
  4. Take a ball of dough and roll the Paratha, keep a big spoon of stuffing in the center and gather the flour from all sides and again form a ball just like we do for all stuffed parathas.
  5. Roll again and roast on griddle with ghee.
  6. Serve with homemade butter, sauce or curd.
