About Pineapple Almond smoothie Recipe

Basically a smoothie is a thick beverage made by blending raw fruits or vegetables, combined with dairy products like curd or milk and water. A quick fruity smoothie with just 4 -5 ingredients.

Ingredients to make Pineapple Almond smoothie

  • 1/4 cup - pineapple chunks/2 tbsp - pineapple crush
  • 1/4 cup - soaked and peeled almonds
  • 1/4 cup - curd
  • 2 tsp - sugar / as per taste
  • Some water if required

How to make Pineapple Almond smoothie

  1. Blend the pineapple chunks to a fine puree.
  2. Blend almonds to a smooth paste.
  3. Blend together pineapple puree or crush, almonds, curd, sugar and a little water.
  4. Pour it in a glass and your healthy smoothie is ready.
  5. You can garnish with pineapple slices or top it with chopped almonds.
  6. A simple fancy straw also is good option for presentation of your yummy refresher.
  7. Add crushed ice if serving immediately or chill the glasses and serve.

My Tip:

A scoop of vanilla or pineapple icecream adds even more flavour to the refreshing smoothie.
