Ingredients to make Cheese Pocket Omelette

  • 2 eggs
  • A bowl of chopped onions and tomatoes
  • 10-15 sweet corn kernels
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • 1 Maggi masala
  • 1 Bread Slice without edges
  • 2 Cheese slices
  • Oregano and salt to taste
  • butter

How to make Cheese Pocket Omelette

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them using a blender so that it produces enough lather
  2. Empty half the Maggi Masala pouch and salt to taste
  3. Mix the chopped onions, tomatoes, corn kernels, and green chillies
  4. Grease the heated pan with butter
  5. Pour the heated eggs on the pan, make sure the eggs spread as wide as they can
  6. When the eggs start to turn gold, place the bread between cheese slices and place in the center of the pan
  7. Use the uncovered sides of the omelette to wrap the bread and cheese
  8. When the bread is completely covered, turn the omelette upside down and add sprinkle some oregano over it
  9. Slice the omelette, to see flowing cheese and serve hot

Serve with cold coffee
