Ingredients to make Sevyien pulav..

  • Rava sevyien 3 cups.
  • onions 2
  • mustard seens 1 spoon
  • peas - 1/4 th cup
  • carrot - 1/4 th cup
  • oil

How to make Sevyien pulav..

  1. Heat some oil in a pan. Add the mustard seeds, once they splutter, add the slices onions.
  2. Once the onions are little brown in colour, add all the vegetables, salt, red chilly powder and cook for sometime.
  3. Add 3 cups of water. bring up to boil. Add the seviyan, and let this cook, on simmer. once the water is all soaked up, fluff up the seviyan, and serve.
