Ingredients to make Crispy potato cheese balls

  • 3 big sized potatoes boiled peeled and mashed
  • oil for deep fry
  • 4 cheese cubes grated
  • 1 green chilli finally chopped
  • 1 tbsp amchur powder (dried raw mango powder)
  • 1/2 tabs oregano flakes
  • 1/4 tabs red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tabs chat masala
  • Pinch black peper
  • salt to taste
  • For the dip
  • 4 tabs rice flour
  • Pinch oregano flakes
  • 1/2 tsp black peper
  • salt to teste
  • 4 tabs bread crumbs

How to make Crispy potato cheese balls

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender peel their skin chop them into pieces Mash well. Add the rest of the spices and mix well. Add salt. If the mix is too wet add some rice flour.
  2. Rub some oil to your palms. Now make marble sized balls from the mixture. Flatten each ball with your fingertips. Add cheese to it and wrap the edges towards the center and form a ball.
  3. Stuff cheese into all balls. And then coat with bread crumbs. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. .
  4. Meanwhile make the dip. Add in a bowl rice flour. salt,oregano, black pepper add water make it smooth paste
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Dip the balls into this paste and then deep fry until golden brown.
  6. Place the balls on absorbent napkins to remove excess oil. Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
